Under HS Code 1101, the export policy is amended from “Free” to “Prohibited.” For
- Wheat or Meslin Flour (Atta),
- Maida, Semolina (Rava/Sirgi),
- Wholemeal atta and resultant atta
The rules about transitional arrangements in Paragraph 1.05 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, do not apply to this Notification.
The above items may be exported, but only with permission from the Government of India, as described in Para 2 above.
